FAQ's

I'm court ordered to take this class.  Now what?

Pre-register for a class by clicking on the date/location on the left side of this page.  DO NOT WAIT!  Some classes fill early and some are cancelled due to low enrollment.  Take your class early to ensure you have it completed in time.  The fee is $50.  You will receive a certificate from the instructor at the end of class and a second certificate will be mailed by the National Safty Council approximately 3 weeks after class.

 

I don't see a class in my area.  Is the class offered online?

No, Alive at 25 is classroom only.  If you are looking for an Alive at 25 class outside of Texas Alive Team's area, visit NSC's class finder by clicking here. 

 

I lost my certificate.  How do I get a new one?

If you have not received your court ordered certificate from National Safety Council click here for information on locating a missing certificate or re-ordering a certificate.  If you need a replacement for the certificate given at the end of class, email info@texasaliveteam.org.  Replacement certificates are $10.
